HPBAC Reception will not be held this year

Due to the number of exciting social events on the calendar this year the HPBA Canada Board of Directors felt the reception should not be held in Atlanta. We hope to see you at the Tailgate and Big Green Egg Celebrity Cook-off on Thursday, Vesta Awards, Southern Barbecue Buffet and Honky Tonkin' Industry Party on Friday. HPBAC Central Chapter Changeout Update

Retailers, manufacturers and distributors and other interested parties are invited to a lunch meeting on Friday, March 2nd from 12:00 noon until 1:00 pm to learn more about the upcoming woodstove changeout in Ontario. Please RSVP at 1-800-687-1938. Lunch will be served.

HPBEXPO Tailgate and Big Green Egg Celebrity Chef Cook-Off
Thursday, March 1 • 5:00pm – 6:30pm in the Outdoor Burn Area

Exhibit hours are extended outdoors so come and join the Outdoor Burn Area exhibitors for the inaugural HPBExpo Tailgate & Big Green Egg Celebrity Chef Cook-Off. Atlanta team mascots, a drum band and cheerleaders will add to the festive fun and barbecue exhibitors are offering savoury samples.

Enjoy a beer – every tailgate has beer.

Cheer local celebrity chefs in an EGGstravaganza cook-off sponsored by the Big Green Egg.

During this outdoor event, the first Donna H. Myers Barbecue Leadership Award, sponsored by HPBA and Casual Living magazine will be presented. The award, in memory of long-time barbecue advocate Donna Myers, will honour leadership in the barbecue industry.

Return shuttle service is provided from the Outdoor Burn Area back to hotels from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Last shuttle departs the Outdoor Burn Area at 7:00 pm.

Vesta Awards

Join your friends and peers at the annual Vesta Awards honouring innovation in design and technology.

Attendees Choice Award, sponsored by Hearth & Home Magazine
Honouring the marketability of a product to consumers, the Attendees Choice Award, selected by HPB Expo attendees, will be awarded in two categories – Hearth and Outdoor Living. Voting will be through ConnectMe mobile app – so be sure to download it at www.hpbexpo.com.

Honky Tonkin' Industry Party
